Grab two bowls, in one bowl put favorite meat(Chicken, Pork, Beef, Lamb).
In second bowl put favorite veggies (Green Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Spinach, Tomato, Broccoli, JalapeƱo, Mushroom, Water Chestnut, Cilantro, Green Onion, etc.) noodles and tofu.
In both bowls put all sauces proportionally according to the amount we recommend for first timers (Located on the wall above sauces).

 

First recipe: mild (green color only)

1) BBQ , 2)Soy, 3)Sesame oil, 4)Teriyaki, 5)Garlic, 6)Wine
in order in proportion to the amount of meat and vegetables.

Second recipe: hot (add red color sauces)

1) BBQ, 2) Soy, 3) Hot Sesame oil (red color), 4) Teriyaki, 5) Garlic, 6) Wine, 7) Hot pepper (red color) in order in proportion to the amount of meat and vegetables.

* Note: 1 Scoop each is the standard, except soy sauce (1/2 scoop)

If you would like, you can additionally put Curry, Honey water, Lobster, Oyster, Ginger, or Pineapple
after you finish putting basic sauces. After the dish is cooked, you can also have what you would like from 5 toppings
(powder cheese, Coconut, Garlic, Peanut, Hot peppers) in addition.

 

Side Dishes

are Steamed rice, Fried rice, Egg rolls, Fried chicken, Corns, Spicy veggies with chicken.

Fountain Drinks (free refill)

are Coke, Diet coke, Sprite, Lemonade, Unsweetened iced tea

Hot teas

are Green tea, Decafe green tea, Jasmine tea, and so on.

If you are a vegetarian, you can put vegetables in one bowl and noodles in the other bowl and add sauces in both bowls.
If you just inform the chef, he will clean the grill and cook your food.
